Crewe have confirmed Gudjon Thordasson as their new manager, but he will not assume his duties until their FA Cup match on January 3rd. Leeds have appointed former Leicester coach Ian Miller to their backroom staff. He was a former teammate of new boss Simon Grayson at Blackburn 20 years ago.
