Learn to drive with Oldham

In the current economic climate some football clubs are having to diversify to help their income streams. One such is Oldham where they are promoting driving lessons for their players and supporters.

They have their very own 'driver training school' and the club has just announced that their young keeper, Josh Ollerenshaw, is the latest player to pass their test.

They encourage potential drivers aged 16 to get a head start.

Gain experience and get confidence behind the wheel before starting your driving lessons on the road at 17.

At Latics Driver Training, our unique, innovative and highly popular ‘Head Start Programme’ gives 16 year olds the chance to learn basic driving skills in a safe environment, with a driving instructor. Learn how to move off and stop, steer, change gear and reverse during our 5 session programme.

It’s great fun, and those who have completed the programme say it really helped them progress quicker and save money when they started their driving lessons!
