It was Robbie Savage's 34th birthday last Saturday, but the on-loan midfielder at Brighton couldn't celebrate in style as his side failed to take all three points from the Bulls.
He has spoken to the Argus about the opposition.
“I just thought from the first minute you could see they had come for a point.
“It’s not as if we’re Man United. They have come here with a gameplan – get everybody behind the ball.
“The manager, the subs, their own fans were even behind the ball at times.
“I’ve never experienced anything like that before in my life.
“I play football to enjoy it and to play. Fair play to Graham Turner, the manager. I respect him greatly and what he has done for that football club is fantastic.
“You can understand why he has done it. They got beat 4-0 at Oldham and are bottom of the league.
“But for me football is about enjoyment and having a go. We haven’t won at home all season and they have just come for a point.
“You can see why they are bottom of the league because they have just come and not had a go.”
The highlights from the game are now available to view on Virgin Media.
