Guinan 'under serious consideration' for Oldham Game

Hereford United striker Steve Guinan is close to full fitness and could be considered for a place in the squad that goes to Oldham.

"He's been training with Jamie Pitman for nearly a week now and came back into full training last Tuesday," manager Graham Turner told the Official Website.

"He's looking okay so he's under serious consideration.

"Ashikodi has a hamstring (injury). It's a shame because I thought he had the bit between his teeth.

"He's working tremendously hard and I thought he was really stretching the Swindon back players. It's a pity it has happened just now.

"It looks as though it may be a fortnight."

Meanwhile there is no mention on the OS of Sam Oji being injured. They list just Ashikodi and Robbie Threlfall as injured.
