Colchester Name Lambert As Boss

Colchester have named former Wycombe boss Paul Lambert as their new manager.

The former Scotland international left Wycombe in May after two years following missing out in the League Two play-offs. Prior to that he had a disasterous spell at Livingston, winning just five of 32 games in charge. The U's currently lie just above the relegation zone on goal difference and are yet to register a home win at their new stadium.
