Scunthorpe have signed York winger Martyn Woolford for an undisclosed sum. The 22 year old left sided player has signed a three year deal after scoring 17 times last season. Southend have beaten Cheltenham and Swindon to the signing of winger Kevin Betsy from Bristol City. They have also taken Ipswich left-back Dan Harding on a six month loan.

Luton have signed 11 players in the last 24 hours after the Football League granted them permission. Huddersfield have signed veteran defender David Unsworth on non-contract terms. He will sign a full deal on completing a medical on Monday. Darlington have finally completed the sale of Tommy Wright to Aberdeen.
