Hereford United stand-in captain Ben Smith gave his assessment of this afternoon's game to BBC Hereford and Worcester
"When you let in a goal you want to try and get back as soon as possible, but them getting a second one knocked the stuffing out of us a bit.
"While in the second half we had a good go and got a goal back and had a few other opportunities, we can't really afford to give teams of that calibra a 2-0 lead.
"We need to get that first result to give us the confidence to really go on.
"If you make mistakes you get punished a bit more frequently than you might in League Two.
"Personally I feel that whilst we haven't played great, we haven't been outclassed by anyone. So we know we can get a lot better."
Reporter Keith Hall then suggested there might have been two penalty claims in the second-half.
"I don't think either of them were penalties. There were a couple of shouts more in hope than expectation."
Smith also spoke about team-mate Steve Guinan.
"Steve won a lot of headers all game and he won a big header (close to the end of the game) and it just hit the outside of the post. We just needed one of those to go in as getting a draw wouldn't have been a bad result."
