Stockport County defeated Wycombe Wanderers 1-0 (2-1 on aggregate) this evening and so will play Rochdale in the League Two play-off final on Bank Holiday Monday at Wembley.
It is likely that the two ex-Hereford United players Michael Rose and Stephen Gleeson will start for Stockport in the final as they did this afternoon.
Gleeson was subbed midway through the second period.
