News Round Up

Notts County have won special dispensation from the Football League to keep striker Danny Crow on loan until the end of the season past the usual 93 day limit. The Peterboro striker was injured five days into his first month on loan, with the Magpies successfully arguing that he failed to play in the first month due to injury. Rotherham expect to name new owners by the end of the week.

Darlington are set to sell goalkeeper David Stockdale to Fulham. The 24 year old has kept 23 clean sheets this season, with the deal being concluded in the summer. Bristol Rovers have confirmed that striker Richard Walker will leave the club in the summer. He was believed to have been targeted for a loan spell at Edgar Street near loan deadline day.

Trent McClenahan will face Argentina, Serbia, and the Ivory Coast in the Olympics if he is selected for the Australian side for Bejing. The competition is set to run from 6th-23rd August, potentially ruling him out of the first four League fixtures next season.

Jordan Fitzpatrick was subbed after 55 minutes of Bromsgrove's 3-2 loss to Team Bath on Saturday which relegated Rovers from the British Gas Premier. Ex-Bulls keeper Karl Lewis was credited with an own goal for Rovers, who picked up only one point from four games since Bulls pair Fitzpatrick and Craig Jones arrived at the club.
