We would like to keep Shergar longer says Turner

It looks as though Sherjill MacDonald could play his last game for Hereford United on Saturday at Accrington.

Manager Graham Turner had admitted to BBC Hereford and Worcester that he would like to keep Shergar at Edgar Street but fears a lot of other clubs might want to get him on-loan.

"We've got to talk to West Brom. We would like to keep him longer but it might be down to him whether he wants to stay with us or go to one of the bigger clubs chasing him," said Turner.

The Express and Star says that The Baggies have had loan enquiries for MacDonald from Championship and League One clubs.
