The official Hereford United website has confirmed that Simon Johnson has signed a new deal with the club. The wide man, who can also play up front has signed until the end of the season. Johnson joined on trial in the summer after previously playing at Darlington, and has impressed in recent weeks.
Meanwhile both Dean Beckwith and Richard Rose have been selected for the League Two team of the week after their performances against Shrewsbury yesterday.
