Current Crawley Town boss Steve Evans has expressed an interest in current Hereford United striker Simon Johnson. The former Leeds youngster made his full debut on Tuesday against Yeovil Town in the Johnston Paint Trophy, and is looking to win an extended contract.
However, Evans is keeping his eye on the player, and is hoping that he becomes available. "I would dearly love to get him here as he is an excellent player. We are looking at our wide areas and up top and Simon can do both." commented Evans to icSurreyOnline.
