There will not be an Open Day at Edgar Street this coming Sunday says the Hereford Times this morning. No reason has been given.
Also in the paper manager Graham Turner looks forward to the visit of Wolves next Wednesday.
"Wolves have a first-team squad of 30 so those players who do not get much of a chance at Northampton are likely to do so at Edgar Street."
Turner mentioned the flood situation last weekend.
"We had been told that the floodwater was likely to reach as far as the Legends Bar on Saturday morning but, nevertheless, when we arrived the groundstaff we cutting the pitch," he explained.
The absence of Ben Smith at Bath on Tuesday evening was due to an 'over-enthusiastic tackle' by Sam Gwynne in training.
