Speaking to the Worcester Evening News, John Trewick commented about the current striker problems - "We are looking at a number of options in what we are going to do in attack. Of course, we have Jon Brady who played up front at Stevenage in the second-half. It worked well enough because we brought Jamie Pitman on and reverted to an orthodox three-man midfield. Jon worked hard in attack and it could be that he's there again."
"We are looking at the option of bringing somebody in short-term. But it's not easy getting the people that you need. Adam (Stansfield) has a groin problem and we are not quite sure how long he will be unavailable. He's resting it to see how it responds and we'll take it from there. Graham (Evans) took a whack in his lower back during the first-half at Stevenage. It is touch and go that he will be fit for Morecambe. We have missed Guy (Ipoua) and Adam but they're not the reason that we've not been converting chances. That comes from the entire team."
"Last year, Morecambe came here, played a 3-6-1 system and basically showed little attacking intent or willingness to come out and play. I don't know what to expect of them this time. They will probably play a similar way, although they are a decent footballing side who mix their game up with short and long passing. They have one or two very good players. Michael Twiss is a player who can score a lot of goals."
