Aldershot have signed Steven Reed on loan from Yeovil for a month. Reed, 20, has just finished a similar spell at Woking where he played five times. Reed is Aldershot's sixth current loan player, though the current rules dictate that only five can be used in any 16 man squad.
In other news Scarboro have resigned goalkeeper Gavin Kelly on non-contract forms as cover for Leigh Walker. Kelly, 36, last played for the club in 1996 but has recently been goalkeeping coach at the McCain Stadium. With ex-Bull Andy Tretton going under the knife this week, it is now believed the Accrington defender will not be fit for action until January which further reinforces Graham Turner's decision not to offer him a 2 year deal.
