Hereford United draw 1-1 with Stevenage this evening at Broadway Hall. This result means that neither team has gained anything from the game.
The Second-leg will be the decider on Friday evening at Edgar Street.
Danny Carey-Bertram scored for Hereford just a few minutes after replacing Lee Mills with a cracking shot, but Stevenage always looked likely to equalise afterwards which they did through Maamria close to full-time.
Overall Hereford didn't create much; in fact Stevenage would have more shots on goal.
The support for the Bulls was superb, with plenty of yellow shirts and baloons, and there were no reports of any trouble at or around the ground.
There will be a full report and comments tomorrow.
