Mark Beesley will miss tonight's match between Forest Green Rovers and Hereford United at the Lawn.
The striker, who spent time at Hereford towards the end of last season, was stretched off with cruciate ligament damage during Forest Green's match with leaders Barnet on Good Friday.
He is expected to miss the rest of the season.
However top scorer Charlie Griffin will start. He has notched up 16 goals so far this season. Forest Green have scored 37 goals to date.
Meanwhile it is expected to stay dry for the game.
