Leases next says Turner
After Monday's meeting which saw the ending of the CVA, Graham Turner has said in the Hereford Times that the leases at Edgar Street are the next big issue.
"The next big issue will be the ground leases. For part of the ground, there is just eleven years to go on the lease and the criteria for Football League entry is less than ten years.
"There is the complication of developers (Formsole - ed) holding the leases and us being their sub-tenants but in the very near future we have to begin discussions over whether the council is prepared to extend the lease.
"This is vital to meet the criteria as and when we gain promotion."
