It comes as the pair watched their side clinch National League North safety on the final day of the season.
The two-years deals were signed before the final match of the season where Hereford could have been relegated had they failed to beat Peterborough and other results went against them.
But with Curzon Ashton only drawing at Alfreton Town, the 2-2 draw was enough.
The club said the pair, who came in with the Bulls 11 points from safety, "have a detailed, ambitious plan to take our club forward and have already instigated it".
Bulls Chairman, Chris Ammonds said: “Aaron and Harry have been hugely impressive since arriving and we are delighted they have agreed to continue in their roles.
“They have a detailed, ambitious plan to take our club forward and have already started work to instigate it. What is particularly pleasing is how excited they are by this opportunity and how proud they are to have been offered the chance to continue leading what they see as a great football club.”
