Justin Donawa Released From Brackley

Justin Donawa, who has joined Hereford from Brackley, is a winger who has played for Bermuda.

It appears he may have joined on a free as he has been released from his contract.

Brackley Town Football Club can confirm that Justin Donawa has been released from his contract at St James Park to allow him to join National League North side Hereford.

Since arriving at St. James Park from Altrincham in November 2024, JD has been the model professional, on and off the pitch. He made 35 appearances in a Saints shirt, scoring 1 goal, in our away win at Darlington in our title winning season.

Gavin Cowan has this to say about JD.

“It’s always sad to see someone leave and in this instance we see one of our title winners go. JD has been an ultimate professional and will forever be connected with us, we wish him all the very best!”

Everyone at Brackley Town thanks JD for his efforts and wishes him every success in the next chapter of his footballing journey.

Donawa has played for various clubs starting with Darlington before moving to Solihull in the 2020/2021 season where he scored seven goals in 69 appearances.

He moved to Altrincham in the summer of 2023. The a loan spell with Chorley before joining Brackley.

Hereford manager Paul Caddis spoke about Donawa:

Justin possesses great athleticism and will be an important addition into our group”
