OSJ - The Magician & Addo Farewell - New Issue of Talking Bull - Out NOW!

This from Talking Bull:

OSJ – The Magician, the latest edition of Talking Bull – the Hereford Fanzine – is on-sale now via our online store.

It’s been a tough start to the season for all Hereford supporters as the Bulls have failed to make the progress everyone was hoping for. However, Omari Sterling-James has stepped up in fine style recently scoring some spectacular goals – including the extraordinary hat-trick against Curzon Ashton!

Our new 48 page, full colour, edition is packed with content as we firstly pay tribute to a true legend of Edgar Street – Colin Addison – who so sadly passed away last Friday – just hours before we went to print.

We assess the poor start to the season in ‘The Good, The Bad, and the Very Ugly”. The addition of loan signings since the opening few weeks of the campaign has raised question marks with many supporters wondering why better permanent acquisitions were not made during the summer, but can loan deals be positive?

The London Bulls have been very active over the last few months – even winning the 2025 FansFor Diversity Award in the National Game and Non League category, and they update fans with some upcoming events from ‘Down The Smoke’.

Steve Hughes wonders just what it takes to get a part-time team promoted, whilst editor Tom Gough is concerned that football is getting dragged into politics with a Union Jack being removed from a Hereford fan at Radcliffe.

50 Years Ago saw Hereford United lift the Third Division Championship in style and we look back to those exciting times with a detailed look at the start of the 1975/76 campaign when Edgar Street attracted attendances of over 7,000 on a regular basis. Richard Tomkins recalls a memorable match at Selhurst Park from that season  when John Layton and Dudley Tyler scored to earn United a 2-2 draw against an expensively built Malcolm Allison side.

We flashback to the heartbreak fans experienced at AFC Fylde a couple of week ago, whilst Chris Jones explains why he has an irrational hatred of some clubs – Middlesbrough included! We question whether play-offs are good for football, and whether Edgar Street should once again accept cash?

Melvin Hodges reveals his Edgar Street favourites, and we find out when Hereford achieved what the Luftwaffe failed to do during World War II. Alan Leighton reveals his latest set of Ale Trails which are upcoming in the fixture list, we find out why you should never trust artificial intelligence, and Simon Wright insists Hereford must emulate Halesowen Town by investing more in the club volunteers!

In fact, there is so much content it would be impossible to outline it all here.

Fans can purchase their printed (whilst stocks last) – or electronic – copy right now.
