Furious Caddis blasts idiotic 'fan' and hopes the book gets thrown at him

An absolutely furious Paul Caddis has said the disgusting alleged racism abuse at Sporting Khalsa is an absolute disgrace as the tie was abandoned in the 70th minute.

The match, which Hereford were leading 2-1, will now likely be replayed on Tuesday evening.

The seething Scot said any sort of racist abuse is not welcome in society and "if you want to act like that and use language like that, don't come back to this football club".

"We have worked tirelessly as a football club the last couple of years to make it as best experience as possible for people," he said, adding: "People think they can pay what they want, come through the door, and all rules go out the window.

"You can shout what you want, you can say what you want, whether it's male, female, whatever. It's a disgrace, absolute disgrace."

Caddis said Hereford stand by Sporting Khalsa's keeper Ravan Constable and the person who allegedly racially abused him was ejected from the ground and identified.

"We don't want people like that at our football club, that is not a representation of our supporters.

"Sadly, today, it is because he was there with a Hereford badge, he was representing our football club and I hope the book gets thrown at him. I really do. I don't care if that's harsh. I don't care, I don't want him here.

"I've got players that I will protect as well. We've got players of different races. I'm absolutely seething. What an absolute idiot."

Despite Hereford taking the lead through a I-Lani Edwards before former Bull Chay Tilt equalised for the hosts, an Andy Williams goal just after the break put the Bulls back in the driving seat.

But Caddis admitted the football is now irrelevant and he has apologised on behalf of the football club and he encouraged his players to walk off the pitch in solidarity.
