Seb Osment, right, has rejoined Aberystwyth Town |
Striker Reece Styche has signed for National League North side Banbury United. He left Edgar Street by mutual consent in February 2020, having joined the previous summer before making 23 appearances in the league and scoring four goals.
Now 36, he had signed for Bromsgrove Sporting, a 'huge coup' for the step three side, and has since featured for a host of clubs including Stourbridge, Matlock Town and AFC Telford United.
Goalkeeper Seb Osment is backed at Aberystwyth Town. He joined the Black and Greens in July 2024 and spent the season primarily as back-up to Dave Jones, making six JD Cymru Premier appearances, two Nathaniel MG Cup appearances, and 20 appearances in the National Academi North Development League.
The club, who will play in JD Cymru South this season after relegation, said he returns to continue his development in the senior game. He was at Edgar Street for much of the 2022/23 season after being noticed playing for the under 18s.
Goalkeeping coach Neil Reeves has left Alvechurch. The step three club said Neil saw both of his goalkeepers called up to the international squads back in March, playing a part in those call-ups. He has joined Rushall Olympic, who were relegated from the National League North last season.
Striker Marlon Jackson is back at Yate Town. He made 33 appearances for Hereford across three spells, in 2009, 2012-13 and 2018.
Now 34, and having been at Weston-super-Mare, Gloucester City, Chippenham Town and Weston-super-Mare since leaving Edgar Street, he has signed for another season at the Southern Premier Division South side who achieved promotion last season.
