Oxford Opened The Scoring
Oxford City manager Ross Jenkins felt his side had gifted Hereford their two goals this afternoon.
"Disappointed, I thought our performance was pretty spot on," said Jenkins.
"The two goals are really disappointing, the first one especially, the second even worse.
"It really hurts because the boys put in a massive shift.
"We had a really good go last ten minutes to try and get something out of it.
"When you give away goals like that you are never going to win games of football.
"I thought a draw would have been totally fair today.
"Both team battled it out, they were shooting from all sorts of ranges and angles but nothing we were really troubled with.
"Really disappointing because the goals were terrible.
"They are a good tem, we wish them all the best but now we move on.
"And credit to them they brought their numbers today, their fans were brilliant, gave them their extra man.
