It's a month since Hereford manager Paul Caddis announced that Ahkeem Rose was joining the club.
"Ahkeem is a player we know really well having trained with us for a short spell last season and then again this season," said Caddis.
"He’s someone we think has real scoring abilities and will be a good short term addition to our group. We look forward to welcoming him into our squad."
That was on August 7th.
On August 17th Rose scored at Chorley and afterwards said he hoping to secure a longer deal.
"Any manager would want a striker who scored goals you know what I mean so like I said just see how it goes and hopefully I can stay."
Any extension to his deal is expected to be by the end of this coming week.
It may depend on how much longer Caddis will be without Jason Cowley.
