Striker Jason Cowley has put pen to paper to stay at Edgar Street next season - despite "mind-blowing" offers to play elsewhere.
Paul Caddis said the 28-year-old, who he signed from Stourbridge last summer, is someone you want in your team and not playing against you.
"Cowls works tirelessly for his team-mates and it goes without saying he knows how to score goals," the boss told the official club website.
Talking about offers Cowley had received, Caddis added: "Jason Cowley has had, in truth, some mind-blowing financial offers thrown at him and he has always made it clear to me he wants to stay and play in front of proper supporters at a club that is looking to continuously improve.
"Cowls deserves a huge amount of credit for putting his happiness and enjoyment of football ahead of finances.”
Cowley started 30 games for the Bulls last season, came on as a substitute in seven others, and scored 12 goals.
