The Worcestershire club, who play in the Southern League Premier Division Central, said Derricott had impressed in his three Sporting starts to date, and this was recognised in his nomination for the February player of the month accolade.
"We hope you will join us in wishing Mark well for the duration of his Bromsgrove stay," the club said, adding the extension is pending league and FA approval.
With Sporting 15th in the table - 10 points above the drop zone and 18 points outside the the play-offs - Derricott posted on X (formerly Twitter): "Let’s have a strong end of season."
In an interview with Park Life Sport, the 20-year-old said his loan had been really valuable and he thought he had done well in his three games.
He said that he already knew some players at Bromsgrove, having played against them and been with them during pre-season trials, which has made the transition easier.
"Just gaining minutes and some valuable time in men's football," he said.
