Injury Update From Hereford Manager

During the course of his post Anstey Nomads interview, Paul Caddis spoke about players who missed yesterday's Cup game.

"I don't want to dampen the spirits but Willo is still in pain when he is doing things,"said Caddis.

"He is allowed to do light ball work, he's not done any change of direction stuff, he's not done any powerfull stuff.

"He's probably still some time away. I wouldn't want to put a date on it but it won't be in the near future, probably the end of October.

"I'm as frustrated as anybody. I'm as impatient as the supporters.

"We brought in two brilliant strikers, Williams and Cowley, for this football club and we've not seen a lot of them.

"I know the type of characters both are. Andy will try and rush back because he can see we need a bit of support on the pitch.

"Jason Cowley is the worst man on the planet to do it. We did a shooting drill the other day and he is inching closer and closer and I've had to warn him several times to be patient.

"We don't want to make any rash decisions rushing people back. When they are ready to come back it will be a great boost for us all.

"Nathan Cameron felt his hammy at Spennymoor in the last five minutes or so. He told us just after the game so he didn't train Tuesday or Thursday.

"He's got a grade one so it will be a few weeks for him.

"Ollie Southern is struggling with sicatica which is a nerve thing. It's one of those things that could disappear tomorrow or it could be months.

"It's one of those you can't really manage it until it's gone."

Kyle Howkins was back in the starting eleven.

"Kyle trained once this week but we had no other option than to try and get him on the pitch and get minutes into his legs for the game next week.

"When it rains it pours and that's where we are at the moment."
