Jack Evans Should Be Back In The Squad Soon |
During his post match interview after the goal-less draw against Alfreton, Hereford interim manager Yan Klukowski spoke about players moving out on loan and other player's injuries.
Mark Derricott is back at Hednesford for a second loan spell.
"Good opportunity for Mark, that's a very good level of football for him to go and learn his trade.
"I would have no problem with playing Mark if required but with players coming back to fitness next week he probably would have found himself not involved.
"So no point in him coming to watch football on a Saturday, we need to get him out playing and getting him learning his craft at a very good level at Hednesford."
Seb Osment has also gone out on loan, this time to Wolverhampton Casuals.
"He's a young boy, been brilliant around the place, he's a real character, makes people laugh and it's really important you have those characters around the place to make it nice and bright and bubbly.
"We wish him all the best with his loan move and hope he has a successful period.
"Neil Reeves (goalkeeping coach) sorted that one out."
Now onto players with injuries. Both Jack Evans and Aaron Amadi-Holloway were doing light work on the pitch before kick-off. Ryan Lloyd was also on the pitch.
"Unfortunately we lost Ryan this morning, we tried to give it as much time as possible to try and get him fit. It's just an acculmination of minutes after being out for about three months befor Christmas.
"He's come back and been absolutely outstanding. Rather than lose him again for three or four weeks we tried to protect him today.
"He probably would have made a difference because he's that robust, combatitive midfield but also got that bit of quality as well we just lacked today."
What is his injury?
"It's probably more in the groin area, hip-flexes, where he played so many minutes.
"Ryan one of the players who will always be right at the top of the running stats. Fans appreciate the way he plays in terms of doing the hard yards.
"It's just protecting him because because he's had a little bit of a flare-up in his groins."
And how close is Jack Evans?
"He's very close, he's confident he'll be back in training at ther back end of next week.
"Aaron we are hoping the same as Jack as long as he has no reaction we should be able to get those two boys back in.
"Luke we can't really put a time frame on at the moment. It's in an awkward area where you got to be really careful otherwise it could be a long term issue.
"We're looking after Luke, he's desperate to get back, we miss him, we miss his leadership but other boys have stepped up and been outstanding."
