National North Buxton FC have a new manager.
Craig Elliot has quit Matlock and moved to Buxton as their new manager following the resignation of Jamie Vermiglio due to increased personal commitments.
Buxton Chairman Dave Hopkins asked Matlock Chairman Jay Beaumont for permission to speak to Elliott on Friday and on Sunday afternoon the former Boston United boss confirmed to Mr Beaumont that he would be accepting Buxton’s offer.
Buxton are 18th in the league table.
