Miles Storey could miss the rest of the season according to a report in the Hereford Times.
The forward suffered an injury at Kettering last Tuesday week and had to be taken off late in the first half after scoring.
"It's probably a grade two hamstring which means six to eight weeks out," said manager Josh Gowling.
"He's progressed really well and doing a lot more stuff today with the physio but his season is pretty much done I would say.
"It's a blow and Miles has been a big part in what we've done this season."
There is also doubt whether either of Hereford's keepers will be available for the game. Neither played at Blyth last Saturday and Gowling had to bring in a keeper.
