England U19s meet their Portuguese counterparts at Chesterfield tonight in a "winner takes all" final qualifier  for the 2022 Euros this summer. The teams are level on points with the visitors holding a crucial one goal advantage. Only a win will see the Lions progress to the finals in Slovakia this summer.
