Former Hereford United midfielder Kingsley James has joined York City as first team coach according to The Press.
James, who is now 29, is said to have coaching experience with Sheffield United, Port Vale and Hereford United youth teams.
James is expected to be in the York dug-out when they play Kettering tomorrow.
Interim manager John Askey has also brought in a left back, Kieran Wallace, on loan from Burton Albion until January 3rd.
Currently Hereford's Mitch Hancox, who also plays at left back, is on loan at York.
