An excellent strike by Luke Haines ensured that Hereford took all three points in their game against Chester City this afternoon.
"It's always good to get the winner," said Haines afterwards.
"Credit goes to the boys at the back again, clean sheet.
"You get a clean sheet it's a base to build from.Then you get one down the other end it's happy days.
"I was just lucky to get the one we needed.
"I just thought about hitting the target because I'd had three or four chances before that. I hit the bar, the keeper saved one, and I fluffed one which was probably the easiest one.

"So I just thought about keeping it on target and it ended up sweeter than I thought and it flew in the corner."
