Assistant manager Steve Burr spoke to the local media after Hereford were defeated at Boston 2-0 this afternoon.
"Very disappointing," said Burr.
"We just didn't seem to get ourselves going in the tempo we would have liked.
"Their first goal was a bad mistake really from a couple of defensive errors we should have dealt with a lot better but we've been saying that all season really with the goal we've been conceeding, so that was disappointing.
"We felt we should have scored when I think the ball came back off the post from Miles's effort in the second half. You just had to follow it in and finish it off and that would have been one each and it might have been a different story now but it wasn't to be."
Asked about Boston's homework, Burr said he didn't really know what Boston had done.
"I was expecting coming here with the new stadium and everything, I was expecting them to put us under the cosh a little bit and that didn't really happen today. It was disappointing we didn't take advantage of that."
Towards the end of the first half the Bulls found some momentum suggested Keith Hall. If you had scored them it might have been a different kettle of fish?
"I think we've been saying that all season really, ifs and buts. That's been the story so far. Again we've not got the result we wanted.
"Yes we had a couple of chances but nothing really. I can't remember their keeper making a save to be honest."
Towards the end of the game Boston were awarded a penalty which some thought was soft.
"It was difficult to see from the bench. I think we probably should have dealt with it earlier than that. I was quite surprised to see the referee give the free kick.
"I felt all afternoon there were some soft free kicks given today. You get that some weeks.
"Disappointing after last week when it was a good performance and we only got a point at Alfreton.
"It was always going to be a tough game for us today but I think we've got to look it now and we've only won one game all season which isn't good enough. We've got to work hard to put that right.
"If your front men are scoring and you are making the right decisions, nine times out of then you win games.
"At the minute certain areas of the park we're not making the right decisions and it's costing us."
