Spennymoor manager Tommy Miller was pleased to get three points at Hereford this afternoon and admitted some of their success was down to his father.
"Second half they put us under a bit of pressure but I thought first half the game was won," said Miller.
"We caused them numerous problems and that's why we have a full time scout.
"I know it's my dad but he picked out their weaknesses. The number of times we got down the sides and in behind their full backs was, I lost count.
"We got the two goals, may be had another one then second half it was a little bit backs against the wall, we had to defend well, defend our box and we did that and secured a clean sheet.
"We had a little meeting this morning before we left the hotel. We went through a few things, a few clips but it was highlighted where their weaknesses were and we made sure we made the most of it.
"You get a clean sheet and it means a lot to the defenders. I thought today they defended the box, bodies on the line, not just them the midfield as well. Absolutely delighted with the clean sheet.
"Two great goals from Glen Taylor with his left foot. He's the best number nine outside the Football League."
