A decision on whether the FA Cup game at Lymington on Saturday is expected today.
Hereford were unable to play their National North fixture at York last Saturday because of a Covid incident amongst their players.
The squad will have been closely monitored during the past few days and will have had to take LFT (lateral flow tests).
The results of those tests and other any information required will have been forwarded to the FA and the National League. They will take the decision whether Saturday's game can go ahead.
Should they rule it can't take place then there is a short window in which to get the game played.
Given the rewards of an FA Cup run Hereford will want this game to go ahead and, no doubt, every effort will be made to ensure it does.
