Hereford have signed midfielder Harry Pinchard following a trial.
The 19-year-old has represented Wales Under-19s and has also had a trial at Manchester City.
“His quality is undeniable," said Hereford manager Josh Gowling, as reported on the club's official website.
"He was at Man City on trial for a period, out in America and obviously Cardiff,
"He came in for a session with us last year and we were looking at him but he had the opportunity to go to Man City. He’s been brilliant, the game that we don’t want to talk about, the Cheltenham game, wasn’t great, but he was probably one of the stand out performers."
