The National League AGM took place today.

National League clubs have voted in favour of resolutions to introduce a salary cap and an ethics committee.
Clubs voted in favour despite the League & Board’s recommendations that clubs vote against both resolutions.
The Salary Cap Resolution proposed a cap be introduced for season 2022/23.
It will establish a Working Party to 'consult with the aim of bringing a full proposal to the 2022 EGM for clubs to vote on'.
At present, the suggested cap is £900k per year at Step 1 & £540k at Step 2.
