On this day 25 years ago Hereford were knocked out of the 3rd Division Play Offs by Darlington. The game was a bad tempered affair up at Feethams. This was to by the last Hereford appearances by Tony James (the 1st), Steve White, Neil Lyne, Nicky Cross, Richard Wilkins, Stuart Watkiss and Tony Pounder.
