The National League EGM is to take place on Wednesday May 26th.
It is being held after a number of clubs put forward a motion of no confidence in the chairman and the board.
The chairman, Brian Barwick, has already confirmed he is to stand down.
Meanwhile Southend United and Grimsby Town have submitted a proposal to the EFL that there should be no relegation to the National League this season.
