John-Lewis nets his first goal for Grimsby

Former Hereford striker Lenell John-Lewis scored his first goal for Grimsby last night.

'The Shop' put the struggling League Two side ahead against Carlisle with a header in the 16th minute, but the Mariners had to settle for a point after the home side netted a last-gasp equaliser.

Fellow former Hereford player Giles Coke also started for Grimsby, who are four points from safety at the foot of the division.
