In the only National North League fixture played this afternoon leaders Gloucester were held to a 1-1 draw by Chorley.
Gloucester remain top with 35 points from their 18 games. They are seven points ahead of second-placed Chester.
Hereford are 15th but have played six games less than the leaders.
If the Bulls won all their outstanding games they would also have 35 points.
