Hereford FC keeper Brandon Hall who is on loan at Banbury was in their starting eleven which defeated Bury Town in the FA Cup yesterday. It will be the first time since 1973 that Banbury have reached the first round proper.
As well as Hall there were two other former Hereford people who played a part in Banbury's 2-1 win.
Firstly they are managed by Andy Whing who was Russell Slade's coach at Edgar Street and secondly former Hereford favourite Pablo Haysham plays for them.
Whing said afterwards that he was 'absolutely delighted' to have won.
"It was very tough going. I'm so proud of the players who really dug in.
"I nearly pulled a muscle when Landers struck the winner."
