Given that Hereford are 17th, supporters will be watching how the teams just below them fare this afternoon.
Kettering (18th) will be lucky to get anything from Altrincham (6th) who have only lost one of their 14 home games this season to date.
However Curzon Ashton (19th) will be hoping to take at least a point from Gateshead who have only won two of their away games so far.
Of course should Hereford win, and it's about time their poor run came to an end, then all thoughts about possibly being in a relegation battle will be forgotten until at least next Saturday when the Bulls are away at York (currently 2nd).
