Bradford Park Avenue manager Mark Bower felt his side deserved to win at Edgar Street this afternoon.
"I thought we were the team who deserved to win it, we were in complete controlled the first half," said Bower as reported by the Telegraph and Argus.
"We dominated the ball creating good chances and felt we needed to be in front if we had a chance to win the game going into that second half.
"It didn’t turn out like that though because we had some really good opportunities on the counter attack.
"We got that little bit of luck with the lad (Victor Sodeinde) missing the penalty, from then we looked solid enough to keep them out.
"Their goalkeeper is probably man of the match and pulled off a couple of good saves.
"Ultimately we have been done from a deflected shot, a massive stroke of luck for them, disappointed not to get the win but at least we have something to take away from our efforts."
