This from HUST:
HUST notes and welcomes the appointment of Rob Crawford to the HFC Board and looks forward to building and developing a good working relationship with both him and the entirety of The Board of HFC.
Rob's CV speaks for itself and we are sure that he will prove to be a great asset.
A significant number of our members have been in touch today, remarking that, from the outset of The Club, it was stated that Club Benefactors would not sit on The Board of Directors.
Whilst there is no constitutional reason why this should be the case, can The Club explain the decision why it has now taken the decision to take the alternative view at this time?
Asked about this at tonight's AGM Andrew Graham, HFC Chairman, said it was a progressive appointment and the way forward.
