Both Finn and Owen-Evans signed 18-month contracts with Hereford last January. However, Finn has hardly played for the Bulls, while Owen-Evans has left in search of first team football after being in and out of Russell Slade's starting 11 this season.
Owen-Evans - who has started for Chippenham tonight in their National League South match against Maidstone - has tweeted saying he is looking forward to enjoying his football again for the first time in a long time.
Two other players under contract at Edgar Street are Josh Gowling and Rowan Liburd, but neither have featured for the Bulls in recent games.
