Notice of AGM

The Annual General Meeting of the Hereford United Supporters Society Ltd (known as the Hereford United Supporters’ Trust) will be held on Thursday October 17^th at 7pm at The Richmond Place Club,  69-71 Edgar St, Hereford HR4 9JP.

Proxy Voting

If you want to vote at the AGM but cannot be there in person, you may apply to appoint someone who will be present to vote on your behalf.

To do this you need to fill in a proxy application form.   The form can be downloaded from the Trust website here - http://www.hufctrust.co.uk/hust-agm-proxy-form-2019/

When you have filled in your proxy application form it  must be returned either by post to the Trust’s registered office, Hereford United Supporters’ Trust, 47 Stanhope Street, Hereford, HR4 0HA, or by email to the Trust secretary at secretary@hufctrust.co.uk 

In order to be accepted your email proxy application must be sent from the email address associated with your Trust membership.

Proxy applications either by post or by email must arrive not later than 6pm Monday 14th  October 2019.   Applications received after that time will be rejected.

Attending the AGM

If you are attending the AGM please bring your membership card with you if possible.
