During last night's interview with Marc Richards, Hereford FC's head coach, mention was made of striker Mike Symons who was subbed during the second half of the game against Brackley.
"Symo has probably been one of our stand out players since he came back from his leg break," said Richards.
"It just happens to be the last couple, like a couple of our players have all had a slightly under-par game at similar times.
"So if three or four of your players aren't performing to levels they have been it does affect the overall performance.
"And the last two games you could probably say that about a few of the lads.
"Nothing to worry about.
"Symo has been absolutely superb for us since he's come back.
"I just think he's getting a little bit frustrated.
"Obviously he had a good chance Saturday, you can see how gutted he is when he misses a chance.
"But he'll be absolutely fine so we'll just dust ourselves down and go again."
No lingering injury?
"No, not at all. No injury whatsoever, apart from his thumb, he hurt his thumb on Saturday. So if you take that as an injury, yes he's hurt his thumb."
